Unfortunately our web host service has a problem with forms submissions (due to spammers and hackers).  The BRSC has temporarily suspended the online Trip Sanction registration (please see below).

To sanction a trip please send the $10 sanction fee to the BRSC treasurer (specified above - we will not post your sanction until the check has been received and the trip leader qualifications and appropriate approvals have been acquired).

Please send a detailed (see below) email to:

you must include the following:

Club Name

Trip Destination

Trip Dates

Trip Leader - contact information

Trip Leader Qualifications (what has this trip leader successfully completed for your club)

Authorizing person from your club, their Title/Position, and email address

Please include A link to your Trips-Detail Webpage. We cannot link any other location. If you do not have a Trips-Detail webpage available, the BRSC Webmaster will make a page based on the information that you supplied about the trip and post it on the BRSC website (So please be Include as much information about the trip as possible - be complete in your definition of the trip or it may be rejected).

Please be aware that trips sanctioning is not automatic.  Each trip sanction is reviewed individually and all data is verified.  If there are any discrepancies or if the trip leader is not qualified (based upon the judgment of the Executive Board of BRSC) the trip sanction will be denied and the trip sanction fee will be returned.

This policy protects Your Club and Your Participants.

The BRSC website has hundreds of visitors every day.  This is a great way to promote a trip that might otherwise not fill.  It is also a great way to introduce prospective members to your club and your trips.
