To request and expedite sanctioning of a trip, please send a check for the appropriate amount as indicated above, plus the required information specified below via e-mail to:

You must include the following:

* Club Name

* Trip Destination

* Trip Dates

* Trip Leader - contact information

* Trip Leader Qualifications (what has this trip leader successfully completed for your club)

* Authorizing person from your club, including Title/Position

* A link to the Trip's Detail/Flyer Webpage. This link is necessary and requires that such a page be prepared and posted on the Club's website.

Please be aware that trips sanctioning is not automatic.  Each trip sanction is reviewed 1 at a time and all data is verified.  If there are any discrepancies or if the trip leader is not qualified (based upon the judgment of the Executive Board of BRSC) the trip sanction will be denied and the trip sanction fee will be returned.

This policy protects Your Club and Your Participants.

The BRSC website is now reached by over 100 visitors a day.  This is a great way to promote a trip that might otherwise not fill.  It is also a great way to introduce prospective members to your club and your trips.
